The Load Method is a progressive, eight-session structural bodywork process designed to help your body function as a connected system again. 


Rather than focusing on individual tight spots, each session builds on the changes created in the one before it. The process works with your nervous system, breathing, stability, movement, and structural coordination to improve how your body distributes load and supports itself. 


As the series progresses, we identify compensation patterns and help the body regain access to more effective ways of moving, breathing, and creating stability. As your diaphragm, rib cage, pelvis, spine, and the rest of your structure begin sharing effort more effectively, patterns of unnecessary tension and overwork can begin to change. 


This is not a quick fix, and it is not a traditional massage program. It is a progressive process designed to help the body and nervous system recognize, integrate, and maintain new patterns of support. 


Clients often report easier breathing, improved energy, greater stability, smoother movement, increased body awareness, and the ability to stand and move with less effort. 


The Load Method Rebuild Series is recommended after completing the 30-Minute Diagnostic Session. During your diagnostic, we’ll determine whether this process matches what your body needs and discuss the recommended next steps.
